4 January 2010: Farewell to Snowdonia during Christmas/New Year 2009/10

Weather: Very cold and sunny with lying snow
Locations: From near Pen-y-Gwryd to Llynnau Mymbyr
I left for home on Monday 4th January. I would love to have walked again, but was too tired and still not well.
So stopped on my way back. Firstly at the viewing point for Snowdon on the road up from Beddgelert.
And enjoyed seeing Crib Goch in magnficent winter condition.
Snowdon too.
Then onto a favoured spot at the NE end of Llynnau Mymbyr to see the whole Snowdon Horseshoe.
Plus a closer look at Snowdon, Crib Goch and Garnedd Ugain.
And then just Snowdon and Crib Goch.
